Use this procedure to remove the Teracloud® Streams product from your system.
Stopping applications, instances, and domains
Before you uninstall Teracloud® Streams, stop the applications, instances, and domains that are using the version of the product that you are uninstalling. If the applications, instances, and domains that are using the installation are not stopped, some files for the previous installation might not be removed. The presence of old files can result in unpredictable application behavior.

Stopping Teracloud® Streams applications, instances, and domains

Before you uninstall Teracloud® Streams, stop the applications, instances, and domains that are using the version of the product that you are uninstalling. If the applications, instances, and domains that are using the installation are not stopped, some files for the previous installation might not be removed. The presence of old files can result in unpredictable application behavior.

Procedure

Stop all applications that are using the installation.
This includes the Streams Console and any other application that is using the current installation.
Stop all instances that are using the installation by using the streamtool stopinstance command.
Stop all domains that are using the installation by using the streamtool stopdomain command.
