      A Teracloud® Streams domain is a logical grouping of resources in a network for common management and administration. To use Teracloud Streams, you must create at least one domain.

      A Teracloud® Streams instance is a runtime environment for stream applications. It is composed of a set of interacting services running across one or more resources. Before you can use Teracloud Streams, you must create at least one instance.

Teracloud® Streams management interfaces

Teracloud® Streams provides a graphical interface for monitoring and managing Streams services and jobs. A command line interface as well as REST and JMX programming interfaces are also available.

Teracloud® Streams Console: Teracloud® Streams includes an integrated console that you can use to view the health of the instances and applications in your domain. You can manage instances and resources, configure security, and monitor jobs from a single location.
streamtool: Streamtool is the Teracloud® Streams command-line interface.
REST management API service: REST management API provides an HTTP interface for accessing configuration and status information for Teracloud® Streams objects, such as a domain and its instances, jobs, and resources.
JMX management API service: Java™ Management Extensions (JMX) APIs provide programmatic access to configuration and status information for Teracloud® Streams objects, such as a domain and its instances, jobs, and resources.
