The --select option specifies the information that is captured by the streamtool capturestate command. This option must specify the type of the object for which information is retrieved and can optionally specify the level of that information. The level of information is specified by a comma-separated list that can use the "state" level to retrieve state information or the "metrics" level to retrieve system metrics. Alternatively, a value of "all" can be used to retrieve all the available information for the object.
