The pathname file is not indexed because it is in a reserved directory.
When the toolkits were indexed by the spl-make-toolkit command, a file was found that would be indexed if the file were not located in a directory with a name that is reserved.
If the file needs to be indexed, move it to a location in the toolkit directory tree that is not a directory with a reserved name. If the file does not need to be indexed, no action is required.
