Unable to log in to an Teracloud® Streams domain

You are not able to log in to the domain because of an authentication failure.

During the domain connection process, you see the following error message:

Authentication failed: CDISR2503E The specified user name or the specified password is not valid.

The specified user name or password is not valid.
The domain is shared by multiple users, but you do not have access to the domain.

Enter a valid user name and password.
Request that the domain administrator give you access to this domain. For more information, see Configuring user access to Teracloud® Streams domains and instances.
