User authentication errors with the PAM login counter module

If you are using Pluggable Authentication Module (PAM) to authenticate users in Teracloud® Streams and you install the login counter (tallying) module, there might be authentication problems.
When you try to log in with a valid user ID and password, the following message is displayed:
CDISR2503E The specified user name or the specified password is not valid.
This error can occur when you log in to the Streams Console. If you did not generate authentication keys, this error can also occur when you run streamtool commands that require authentication.

This problem occurs when the pam_tally module is used as part of the PAM authentication. Any Teracloud® Streams interfaces that use PAM for password authentication are affected.

Use the pam_tally2 module instead of the pam_tally module.
