When you try to install Teracloud®
Streams from File Browser, you encounter problems and cannot install the product.
When you start to run the product installation from File Browser, the system opens a
terminal in which the installation output is typically displayed, but the terminal
closes abruptly without displaying the output.
Insufficient disk space to install the product is one of
the possible causes of this problem. In this scenario, the working
directory is full, the installation files cannot be extracted, the
installation program issues an error and exits. Because you are trying
to install in a terminal window from File Browser, when the installation
program exits, the system abruptly closes the terminal before you
can see any output.
To resolve the problem:
- Run the installation binary program from a command prompt.
- Review the information that is provided by any error message or
output, and correct the problem according to the instructions.
If you encounter an error message about insufficient disk
space when you run the installation, review the product requirements
for disk space.
