Teracloud® Streams takes hours to install

If the Teracloud® Streams installation takes hours to complete rather than minutes, check your system date and time.

When your system is set to a date and time in the past, the product installation can take hours to complete rather than minutes.

This problem can occur if the date and time on your system is set to a date and time in the past in comparison to the date and time of the files in the product installation package.

To resolve the problem:

Check the date and time of the files in the installation package by entering the following command:
```
ls -l product-installation-package-directory/StreamsInstallFiles
```
Check your system date and time by entering date at the command line.
Compare the date and time of the files in the installation package with the system date and time. If the date and time of the files are in the past, adjust the system date and time to be the current date and time.
