Installation stops with JRE Libraries error message

After you run the StreamsSetup.bin file to install the Teracloud® Streams product, the installation stops.

The following error message is returned:

JRE Libraries missing or not compatible

The installation package is not the correct package for your operating system and architecture.
You do not have permission to execute files in the /tmp directory. By default, the temporary directory that is used by the installation program is the /tmp directory.

Ensure that you downloaded the correct installation package for your target system. The operating system and architecture of the target system and the product installation package must be the same. For example, if your target system is a 64-bit RHEL 9 system, you must download the Teracloud® Streams 64-bit RHEL 9 installation package.
For a /tmp directory issue, configure a different temporary directory. To configure a different directory, update the IATEMPDIR environment variable by entering the following command:
```
export IATEMPDIR=temporary-directory
```
where temporary-directory is the path to the temporary directory, for example, /home/streamsadmin.
