The owner user does not have read, write, and execute permissions to the root_directory directory.
The root directory of the installation path already exists. The user specified to be the owner of installation files must have read, write, and execute permission to the directory.
Specify a different root installation directory that does not exist or if it exists make the owner has the required permissions, or ask an administrator to give the user the required permissions for parent directory of the specified path.
