CDISR0009E

An internal error occurred because the STREAMS_NS environment variable is required, but was not configured.

The STREAMS_NS environment variable must be configured.

Stop the instance, and then restart it. If the error occurs again, use the streamtool getlog command to collect the trace files of the instance, and contact Product Support to report the error.
