CDISR1142E

The processing element ID pe_identifier cannot be restarted. The automatic retry count of retry_count_value was exceeded.

The Streams Application Manager cannot complete the operation because the automatic retry count of the specified processing element was exceeded, and the processing element cannot be restarted again.

If the processing element is in a state from which it can be restarted, manually restart it. When you manually restart a processing element, the automatic retry count for that processing element is reset to zero.
