The Streams Application Manager cannot restart the processing element ID pe_identifier. In the application source code for Job ID job_identifier, the operators that the processing element executes are configured so that they cannot be restarted.
The specified processing element cannot be restarted because the operators that the processing element executes cannot be restarted.
Cancel the submit operation. In the application source code, configure the operators that the processing element executes so that they can be restarted, and then submit the modified application.
