The processing element ID pe_id has both isolation attributes and colocation attributes defined for it.
The current application definition contains conflicting execution requirements for the processing element. The current definition requires that the processing element be executed on a host by itself (isolation), but the definition also requires that the processing element be executed on the same host as a different processing element (collocation).
Ensure that the application was configured correctly, and submit the request again.
