The user does not have the operation_identifier permission for the object_identifier object in the instance_identifier instance.
The Authentication and Authorization Service cannot complete the requested operation on the object because access to the object was denied.
Review the access control settings of the object by using the streamtool getacl command. If the access control settings are not configured correctly, ask your administrator to correct the settings, and then try the request again.
