CDISR1408E

The value of 'attribute_value' is specified for the 'attribute_name' attribute, but no target operators are specified. This attribute is in the following section in the job configuration overlay: 'section_name'.

The operation failed because target operators need to be specified.

To specify target operators with streamtool, use the --operators or --pes option of the streamtool updateoperators command. The options will internally add corresponding fields to the job configuration overlay file, which is utilized by the Streams Application Manager. To specify target operators with just the job configuration overlay file, specify the "targetOperators" or "targetPEs" fields in an "adjustmentSection" section definition.
