The processing element ID pe_identifier was not found.
While the Streams Application Manager was sending a notification message about a stream subscription or a stream view command, the service did not find the specified processing element.
Use the streamtool lspes command to view the status of the processing elements. If the specified processing element was stopped and it can be restarted, use the Streams Console to restart it.
